We are looking for a talented UI Designer to join our growing User Centered Design department, reporting into the Visual design team. You will collaborate with the Business Owners, Tech, Marketing and Creative teams based in Warsaw and our headquarters in Bristol. REQUIREMENTS

• 2 + Years’ Experience within UI/UX teams
• Strong, clean and creative Portfolio
• Experience of working to brand guidelines
• Have excellent knowledge of established design and interaction patterns
• Confidently design solutions to meet accessibility needs
• Clearly articulate design decisions and rational to stakeholders and wider business
• Create and document on brand reusable components, building and managing library
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent visual design knowledge and experience
• Able to support developers in bringing designs to life
• Strong communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate look-and-feel visual concepts
• Create final visual design for handoff to developers
• Screen and interaction design using our internal UI library
• Iterate and improve designs based on evidence and sound rational
• Working to brand, design guidelines and pattern libraries, and comfortable to challenge and evolve when required
• responsible for its maintenance and compliance
• cooperation with QA team to verify and validate design implementation
